Laptop Service Technician
Rowland Hall–St. Mark's School has a full-time Laptop Service Technician position open for the 2008-2009 school year. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laptop repair center, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and accommodating end user's tech needs.
Applicants should have excellent people skills and possess the ability to multitask and work well under stress. Preferred qualifications include a working knowledge of:
MacBook and MacBookPro hardware
OS 10.4.X and 10.5.X
Xserve and Mac networking
Salary commensurate with experience and degree.
