This cartoon is sort of stupid. I don't think kids today consider their cell phones "wireless." Also, I don't think they call their orthodontists, "dentists." The artist probably stretched the concept too thin.
Anyway, if you substitute the words "next week" with "today," then this cartoon describes me perfectly; regardless of how stupid the cartoon is.
